Mid-Day Women’s Alliance Annual Golf Outing & Clinic
Every year for the past 10 years, Mid-Day Women’s Alliance has hosted a charity golf outing and clinic at local golf courses around the Fox Valley. Non-profit organizations submit their application to be considered for being the selected recipient of the proceeds from that year’s outing. The outing incorporates lunch, a 9-hole scramble, hors d’oeuvres and refreshments in the clubhouse and raffle prizes
2015 Golf Outing Recap:
On July 15th we held our 10th annual Mid-Day Women’s Alliance Charity Golf Outing & Clinic. The selected organization to receive the proceeds was Girls on the Run Northeastern Wisconsin – and all the golfers that day will surely remember the inspirational cheer they performed in the clubhouse at High Cliff Golf Course – Go Bananas! Following a perfect day on the course, we enjoyed some hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, cheered for the victors and awarded some fun raffle prizes.
At our August meeting, we presented a check for $2,500 to Girls on the Run Northeastern Wisconsin. Their mission is educating and preparing girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.
